This dealership had very courteous people who took phone calls for service. I was given an appointment at a time and date that worked well for me. Additionally, I was told about their shuttle service for my convenience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly service advisor, and then he went to inform Brian Guest (my service advisor) that I arrived. I appreciated Brian’s courtesy, professionalism, and helpfulness. I look forward to my recall part arriving and having this service completed. I was told it should be approximately 2 weeks from the date I was at the dealership.
Peter M got me in right away short notice due to a weak battery. Had me out in a couple hours due to diagnostic testing they had to do for warranty protocol. He kept me notified numerous times of where they were in the process. Very nice, helpful and a class act to represent your dealership. Thanks Peter!

I walked into Ferman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Lutz expecting the usual car-buying stress, but nothing prepared me for how uncomfortable the experience would become.
The sales manager lady, Erin Hernandez immediately set a tone that felt more arrogant than confident.
